The Process

I take pride in assisting my clients with booking their vacations to the Sunny South.  It starts when you reach out for a free travel consultation, where you provide me with details of your desired vacation. 

I follow up with a series of “getting to know you and your vacation vibe” questions that go beyond the five W’s (who, what, when, where, and why) and get to know you, where you’ve vacationed before, what you liked/disliked, how your travel style has evolved and ultimately what would make this next vacation your best vacation ever.

Once I’ve learned a little bit more about you and your preferences, I will provide three to four preliminary vacation options for you to consider that I can confidently say will give you your best vacation ever. And, if I’ve missed the mark, you’ll let me know where/how, and I will provide up to two more options for your consideration.

If I’ve found something you love but you want to tweak dates and room categories, we can do that. If I’ve found something you’re ready to book, we can do that as well.

Once your best vacation ever has been booked, I will be in touch with you often, sending reminders and tips and simply being available to you as you prepare to depart.  

Consider me as your personal vacation concierge service that is available to you nearly 24/7. While you’re on vacation, I’m available to you to answer questions, provide in-destination suggestions and assist with any challenges you may encounter.

Finally, upon your return, we will review your vacation and start planning your next best vacation – because booking early is always best!
